What They Needed

While Serenus Johnson already had a website, they wanted a fresh new look that would attract customers and assure them of the company’s expertise and values in construction. With only four separate pages on their old website, information was getting buried and was hard to access. They wanted to highlight their services as well as make it easy for prospective and current employees.

What We Did

We needed to make additional pages so that all of the content wasn’t hidden under the “about us” page. We would bring forward their values of integrity, professionalism, experience, and service to the homepage where they can be quickly viewed and emphasized. We also wanted to add a tab that explained the services that they provide so that users can quickly know if this company will be able to help them. Additionally, news updates on the homepage would show the users about projects Serenus Johnson is currently working on.

The Result

Updating the overall design made a cleaner and more modern look. We created a flashing banner for their homepage that showcases the different projects they have completed. These are also showcased in the new page designed specially for projects. The new services page gives users a better sense of what Serenus Johnson does. Additionally, we broke down the “about us” page to make it easier to navigate and allow users to find the information they are after. We created a careers page so that prospective employees can fill out a job application.
